Useless MyDStv and Customer service

So, now because there is no REF, DStv is refusing to update my acc. And they are insisting on paying R50 everytime for reconnection for their Useless *********** App and staff! Tomorrow I am going to go and throw this ******* decoder into their faces and they BETTER REIMBURSE me for all these extra payments!
