Useless Multichoice, clueless operators

Multichoice is useless and the operators are just clueless...it's a circus. Was disconnected for more than 16 hours irrespective of providing proof of payment that has been made 2 weeks ago. Was taken from pillar to post and in the mean time the service is paid and could be accessed. No reimbur*****t of the lost time connection even when the error is on their side. Multichoice is over rated for nothing. Consider my subscription canceled. The customers are not respected.
