Useless Multichoice call centre
I am sick and tired of Multichoice. I have literally been calling every week because they keep deactivating my PVR functions. When I call them, I get the same ****** story. It's been reactivated, we are sorry it wont happen again and yet, I'm on the phone with them again today!! When you request to speak to a manager they tell you nonsense that their manager's are in a meeting. Is it possible to be in a meeting all day?! This is frustrating. Multichoice SA you need to fix this nonsense. STOP deactivating my PVR functions. I don't owe you any money. I pay every single month!

You have no right to debit more than the agreed upon amoount from my account!!!! Cancel you nonsense price lock and come and get this stupid decoder! I'm sick and tired of this nonsense man!
