Useless Multichoice

My decoder is slugish, people talk slugish, is this the ultimate useless service I need to pay for !! Almost a R1000.00 a month for this pathetic service !!! If Multichoice don't have the Technical s****s to run this service please entertain the thought of getting the people that invented the system back into employment !!! Just admit your short comings and lets move on. Is this persists your are going to loose another Premium Subscriber !!! But then, on the other hand, U don't think you give a damn !!!!!!!!!!!
