Useless Live Chat- Thembisisa
The Worst Service from Thembisisa from the Live chat last night. NOT pro-active AT ALL, No Customer Service Etiquette whatsoever. Very dismissive! Please make sure that the consultant goes back to training. Spent a whole hour asking unproductive questions. I am Getting an error on my Smart Tv that my device doesnt' meet the technical requirements after it has been working fine for the past year since I bought it, she then advised that the TV is outdated because it was before 2017, I then provided a screenshot from Google showing that tv was Manufactured in 2020 (Bare in mind that I provided her with the Model number at the beginning of the chat), only then she advised that she will escalate to IT, I then requested a reference for the request to IT but she ended the Chat without giving me the Ref number as requested. I am so disgusted
