Useless internet service

I've called in twice to cancel my DSTV internet package, I was told they will get back to me about cancelation fees and then second caller said they would escalate the issue and still I wait. I am highly disappointed in the service as they were very helpful when I enquired about it but now that I have gotten s*** internet service they're not willing to help. I don't see why I must carry on paying for a service I am not happy with. I want to cancel this service and find out what the step forward is.
