Useless & *********** Dstv mulrichoice staff

Had our package upgraded from easyview to premium on 27/7. just for 5 days Spoke to at least 6 consultants from 27/7 to 9/8 including supervisor Collen Nukeri.who promised to call me back today & I'm still waiting. I was PROMPTLY debited ON 1/8 for the wrong amount & in trying to refund , they messed up again & up to today I'm still waiting for the refund to my bank account. & out of pocket. Absolutely disgusting & inefficient service from Dstv multi choice!!!!
