Useless!

Pathetic! After waiting more than a month for delivery, had to call in everyday to follow up and no staff at dstv knows what is going on..still nothing!

Would not recommend dstv or price lock to anyone. Useless is not even the word to use.

No manager to talk to, puts you through to teamleaders who is even more incompetend than the agents you have to strugle with.
