Well done Multichoice after 8 years renewing my Dstv to streaming premium make the payment online all good, log on and its on compact plus. Phone customer care female answers explain to her what is going on. She reply you re activated compact plus, tell her why will I pay for Premium to activate compact plus.....? She replies I will put you on a short hold to clarify 35 min later R 400.00 airtime up and still no Dstv premium. And they wonder why people are leaving its a bludy joke
