USELESS DYSFUNCTIONAL DSTV MULTICHOICE

This is the third consecutive month that my pvr functions are disabled. Calling the call centre is USELESS. As the same thing happens month after month. Your organisation is really useless and hopeless. Month after month. How can your customers continuously have the same problem. Your effectively rendered your device useless. Your organisation is taking us your customers completely for granted and treat us with absolute disregard. I dont even know why i bother with you as a service provider because your completely dysfunctional and useless. I NEED TO FIND ME A BETTER SERVICE PROVIDER ONE WHO ACTUALLY PROVIDES A SERVICE TO ITS CUSTOMERS. NOT SOMEONE WHO JUST TAKES THEIR MONEY AND RENDERS NO SERVICE.
