Useless DSTV Support!
REF: ***2 - I have been struggling to get through to DSTV since Tuesday, 31st March on the phone. Does not matter what time of the day or night. The whatsupp service is useless. For certain an automated service. Don't understand my explanation, so useless. Sent an email yesterday, and still nothing. What else am I supposed to do. I can they are very busy during the lockdown, but seriously. It is now Friday, 3 April. Useless!!

A decoder that shows a green light and flickering orange light while the TV screen is blue indicates that the TV might be on an incorrect TV source or the cables that are from the TV to the decoder might not be connected either on the TV or the decoder.
Please check the cable and press source/input (using the TV remote control) and change the source to HDMi 1, 2 if you're using an HDMi cable or Video 1 or 2 if you are using a standard decoder.
