useless dstv service

Hi I paid my multichoice account between the 1st and 3rd November now multichoice is saying I owe them R504 as my account shows it's been paid on the 8th. They have suspended my account now as I paid them the full monthly amount saying I owe them. Didn't know multichoice can be watched on loan.

Yeah yeah soon as possible is like never I guess. Wasted R820 this month for nothing while my account is still suspended.
