Useless Dstv rewards u cannot use.

I redeemed a reward from dstv for a kfc voucher. The voucher number does not display properly on the email. I escalated twice no assistance. They cannot even give me the voucher number. Stupid, given me a voucher where the number is not even correct. Useless
