Useless DSTV now stream support

The latest troubles with the dstv streaming app is an error code that appears around 9pm in the evenings saying "oh no, no internet connection ". This only applies for live TV, I can watch the TV shows in my stuff menu or movies. Very strange and my internet is good enough to watch Netflix or YouTube..

What a joke the online chat assistant is clue less and goes through trouble shooting and after an hour of trying her best says I must change my password.. like that would help .. uninstall dstv app then re install then repeat 5 times then change my password then try doing a back flip off the counter ? Nothing works what a useless bunch . Quick to take our money but can't identify when there is a problem
