Useless dstv multichoice

Stuffed up my contract renewal, loaded extra debit orders and took my money, then after multiple calls they said sorry its their fault, will refund me, after 2 weeks no refund, then I have to call them and their reply is sorry they filled in the wrong details, will have to start the process again, but they will get back to me, this company is a joke, bunch of clowns, definitely one of the worst companies in the world!
