Useless dstv multichoice

This is a ****, no wonder its loosing customers, I have been out of PVR for 3 days and they just refer me to self service with no help after paying all this months for premium , cancel this nonsense people, its a ****. No respect for its customers. Am paying the maximum package, imagine you who is just paying the minimum amounts, if you have a problem, will they respect you if they cant respect a premium client?
