Useless DSTV Internet Support

Ordered DSTV Internet Package for R999 pm in October 2022 more than a month ago. They quickly deliver the router and Streama. On 17 November after tens of emails and calls they at last help me to get the internet streaming running. Today the internet is gone. When I call they say they have no record of me ordering and using DSTV internet. When you call with problems on the dish the quickly help you but they have no knowledgeable or trained staff when it comes to internet. Now I wonder how is it possible that the deliver the router and Stream to my home but the have no record that order it?
