Useless DSTV Help Line & Supervisors

Utterly useless ! I'm currently on the line with their Help Desk for over hour waiting for either a supervisor or manger to assist me, after 3 failed attempts at getting someone to call me back. I've spent over 5hrs in total on calls, trying to resolve 2 simple queries. 1. to transfer funds from my DSTV decoder account to my streaming account 2. to takes DTSV up on a 3month offer @ R199per month for their streaming service. Every month I need to call and remind them that this was their offer and I've had to email them proof of the said offer as they keep charging the full streaming rate. What does one have to do to get helped ?
