Useless DStv consultants
I'm absolutely disgusted by the incompetence of DStv consultants to fix the errors in their decoders. My phone number is ***, I have spent the whole day speaking to useless consultants and they're not solving my problem, I have even thought of cancelling my DStv account because getting that service back is so hard...call me and fix this immediately, no client deserves such poor services

As advised on our telephone discussion,you will need to bring the decoder for testing at a DStv agency to check the channels if they are working.
Should they not work, the decoder will need to be fixed or replaced. Should it work the installer must come and check the installation.
