Useless DSTV call centre agents

I am so annoyed with the Dstv call centre agents and whoever it is that they have escalated my query to on two occasions. None of them are helpful in trying to get to the bottom of the issue they instead want to shift responsibility to either having the decoder taken into a service branch or asking you to get an accredited installer to check the connection. I have tried to explain to them that the decoder or the connection it not the issue. This has neen checked on numerous occasions. It happens every time the extraview link is broken. Dstv needs to stop selling goods that don't work. I was told by a Dstv agent that the HD decoder is compatible with extraview but there clearly is a problem and they don't seem to care.
