Useless DSTV Call Centre

This must be the worst call centre in South Africa. The screen that the agent uses does not correlate with what I see, so I cannot be helped. My Catch-Up does not work on my TV. After holding for 50minutes on the telephone line, the agent had to admit she cannot help me. The agent cannot even speak English properly. Surely this business will not survive.
