Useless DSTV, all they want is money

Useless Dstv multichoice, I have two decoders and have been trying to deactivate the other one but it seems like Dstv can't do that.. I've spent my airtime for about 5 months now calling for them to deactivate that decoder but instead they deactivate all my decoders. I now have an outstanding money I must pay for a decoder that I dont even use yet the one I paid for is also deactivated. Dstv is just useless, all they want is money, they dont care weather you call or not, you run out of airtime they won't even call you back.. if I had any other way, I would just cancel everything.. even the app is just as useless cause it keeps on saying error when I want to cancel.. I paid my premium that is due, can I please get the services I paid for..
