Useless DSTV

What is going on with DSTV. Each day its just getting worse. On 25 August 2019 my viewing was off the entire day until 10:30pm. System problems with price lock. For 2 weeks thereafter my dstv now and app didn’t work. Then my debit order was for additional R255. Im still waiting for an answer 2days later for when my refund will be paid. Another price lock customer problems. Now for 3days I cannot use my PVR functions. After wasting 35 min on the phone with the call centre I was told again it is a price lock customer problem on dstv side.
