USELESS DSTV!!

Believe me when I say if there was a Rating less than 1, DSTV would get it from me! My husband has been a Premium Subscriber for more than 25 years, and in September they decided to take off the News24 from the APPS, when we spoke to our local DSTV Outlet in Heidelberg, they assured us that the News24 was still available on the Ultra Decoder. So... We have now upgraded our Decoder to the Ultra... Now... We STILL CANNOT get News24 and we also now CANNOT get Showmax anymore...!! BECAUSE we have DSTV Internet??? I've never heard such utter *******!! We CANNOT be the ONLY Subscribers in South Africa, and the World, to have both?? I have spent more than R500 on my phone trying to get someone, ANYONE, to actually tell me why?? and there's been NO response at all... DSTV is USELESS!!
