Useless DSTV
I am sick of paying the ridiculous amount of money for the full bouquet when every night they repeat the same episode of a series or movie the whole week.

Thank you for taking the time to contact us.
We’ve taken this issue of repeats to heart and pledged to do something about it. While we can’t do away with all repeats, we plan to cut down on the volume and introduce as much fresh content as possible. We’re also going to help you find more shows you might like, but never knew existed (so please go to DStv.com for more information).
Previously, we’ve had 56 brand new shows premiere for the first time across the DStv channels as well as 58 new seasons of returning favourites and 12 never-before-seen blockbuster movies on M-Net (DStv 101), M-Net Edge (DStv 102) and M-Net Movies Premiere (DStv 104). From April 2017, there will be new movies on Mzansi Magic and Bioskop. This means that anywhere from 52 to 104 new movies will grace your screen every year! Our Afrikaans movies on fliekNET will be bolstered by some 12 new movies annually.
As you enjoy our shows, our research has shown that customers prefer to watch a lot of the same shows and channels. It’s possible that there might be other content available; you just weren’t aware of it (so we’ll help you discover other scintillating stuff). That’s not to say that we don’t acknowledge that there’s content on your package you don’t care for; but it comes back to making packages affordable. We have to bundle channels together to spread the costs, so inevitably, there may be shows on your package you just won’t watch, or aren’t watching now. We feel it’s a fair trade-off in exchange for having affordable content.
