USELESS DSTV

app**** for price lock 2 months ago. took them 6 weeks to get back to me, set up an appointment for fitment etc. and to date still waiting for that installation 2 week slater. I have logged calls, emailed, phoned, Whatsapp and the only useless answer I get is "we have escalated it" no one wants to take responsibility and get the job done, to top it off I then get debited how UESLESS AND UNPROFESSIONAL IS DSTV!!!! i called gave my reference number was put on hold of 40 mins, probably because they dont know what more to say! NEVER BEEN MORE DISAPPOINTED
