USELESS customer service and service overall

USELESS. Paying for DSTV stream, last night all of a sudden I logged in with ONLY 5 channels to watch, logged a call last night, been 24 hours, STILL not working. Called again, only excuse they will log another call, but can take up to 2 days!!! I want someone to call me and REFUND me for the days I have been unable to watch and GET IT ****ING fixed NOW. If I could give you o starts, i would have!!!
