Useless customer service

I'm so disappointed in service I received, supervisor I spoke to don't know how to deal with angry customers. She don't need me as a customer n threatened to drop the call. They could not solve my problem n went on to say that I must call a technician, they put me on hold for the longest time n I'm calling with airtime. I dropped the call n called again n they did the same thing again. While waiting for technician, I fiddled with instructions n got my TV right and I'm watching. They don't know what they doing and ppl should not call that ***. Staff and supervisor are useless n ********.. I would not advise anyone to call that number.
