Useless customer contact centre

Absolutely useless customer service!!!! I have been on the phone trying to resolve an issue and I keep on been sent from pillar to post and am consitently not being helped when I call the contact centre!!!

This is the most useless service centre in South Africa!!!!

I pay over R800pm and yet I get subpar service! Definitely cancelling my services from end of this month!!!!
