Useless Customer Agents

What a useless idiot school leavers DSTV has employed.

It’s very frustrating where you need a great service as a customer and you receive a full of ***** service with all agents I have contacted.

I have made payment to my account but DSTV have closed my service, POP have been sent to the given email but every ****en agent says they can’t see my pop.

Now they want me to pay reconnection fee to open my package which is a **** because I have my payment on time even sent pop for this stupidity behavior of the agents.

I won’t be paying that reconnection fee hence I have made my payments.

Reconnection my fee and employee sharp people with high IQ not slow ****en school leavers

Team leader Nokukhanya had promised to call me as from 11 now it’s 15:55, is that a great service for customers.

I have also enquirer with other agents via Facebook and they still have the same nonsense, and with them it’s just being stupid cz I have sent them the pop but still they are just clueless and being stupid.
