Useless costumer service, forget about getting a refund from Dstv

I was using their online service to make a payment and I accidentally paid the account twice due to the system giving me an error whilst my cash was being deducted. I Had a chat to a lady called Iviwe Mati who asked me to email my proof of payment to *** and also cc her in. Since then, they have been silent even though I was promised they will get back to me within 24 hours. I phoned their call center twice already and all I get is attitude. A very rude lady called Siphokazi who has zero personally and no s**** whatsoever to deal with customer. I want my refund stop sending me from pillar to post.

The future is looking very dim for all of you and yet you continue to mistreat your costumers.
