Useless Contact Centre
Incorrectly add services to your account when you replace decoders and then don't have the skill or knowledge to identify their own problem. Don't comprehend, unable to fix, don't call back BUT very quick to cut you off when you don't pay for these non-existent services. Arrogant and ***********. I'll be one of the next 900,000 ex customers from 1 August. Hello Netflix!!
