Useless consultants,not helpfull

Pleas3 assist im so tired of calling this ****** people(multichoice)every second day i must call and the payment issue was never sorted out,they keep on saying they gonna escelate it,i reported them here on helo peter they called and said they wil sort it out up until today nothing has been done. The worse thing that makes me furious is,i called them today,i phoned the consultants are useless,1st consultant kept me for 17min waiting and dropped the call,2nd consultant(Thandi was her name),just drop the call while i was talking ,how rude ,i phoned back again the lady simply jus verify my details and put me on hold and while waiting the next consultant picked(which means she also dropped the call). Until some els picked i was held for another 20min on the phone also. And the same old story they going to escalate to billing department. This bunch are useless and not helpfull at all...
