Useless consultants

Today i called their call centre 3 times. All my calls were cut of and non of the consultants get back to me. They even had decency to tell me they don't know how to help me. When i asked to speak to their supervisor the one said it wont be possible. I have spent about 150 rands worth of airtime but still no one was able to help me.
