Useless company,staff and App

This is now the second time that I am complaining about *********** staff and a App that is as useless as the company itself.I have sent numerous emails to the *** with no reply back.I can still not control the Holiday home function from the App as promised by numerous agents.Now the Main decoder that was working yesterday is not working today the 24th October and has the E16-4 error on it. Went to the useless App to clear it and says it’s been cleared yet nothing has been cleared.I am so over this *********** useless company and staff who clearly don’t give a damn about their customers and there is no follow up from agents to make sure all is in order and is working properly. If there was a ZERO rating then I would of chosen that but a 1 star rating it is.
