Useless: Cant activate Packages
DSTV Must have employed the most useless people. We have been struggling since 6 Oct (today 11 Oct) to have our DTSV back online. Paid. Up to date. But when you call, they are completely useless. Cant assist. Put you on hold till the phone dies. We have 2 packages. Compact & Premium. Compact is dead. Premium plays. In trying to get Compact only the suspended Premium. Compact is now DEACTIVATED. What a buch of useles c-nts!
