Useless call centre and web site
I changed my debit order beginning of last month to my new bank account.

I noticed that this month the debit order did not go off and phoned the call centre in Pretoria and told them that online it says my account is AHV Pending. She assured me they will sort it out and I asked to be contacted back and she assured me that she would do just that. I heard nothing!

I then filled in the form online to ask for someone to sort it out and still no response. This morning my DSTV was stopped.

It would appear that the call centre and online system do not work and worth the money invested and are there just for show.
