USELESS CALL CENTRE AGENT CANNOT CONVERSATE!!!
Mncedisi in the call centre doesnt know how to have a conversation. His version of a conversation is he talks to me and screams at me and I mus listen He told me i have a listening problem Bcos according to me a conversation is 2 sided n not only by Principle mncedisi to the children So yes I screamed at him bcos clearly he doenst know how a conversation works DSTV u cannot run a cell centre with *********** ppl havin a one sided dictatorship and not a conversation to assist and answer questions for the client
