if there was a minus zero rating i would definetely select it because your service is pathetic and your staff your manager that i spoke to is incompetant to say the least he is useless just like all of the useless staff reporting under him multichoice service has gone to the dooogs to say the least zinja you don't care about customers whatsoever where service delivery is concerned you pass the buck and careless whether customer lodges a complaint or not as long as you get paid who cares how the customer feels re-my last complaint i ended paying an installer to come and fix your **** whereas the amount that you guys are charging me went down the drain for so many days i want my ****ing money for the time that you were charging me and i was not using your services and i want a senior person to contact me today
