Useless Bunch of *********** people at Multichoice!

I am still waiting on my refund from Multichoice.

I have been contacted by Multichoice and was asked to send some documentation for a refund. That was done but I did not get my refund yet.

Here is my original complaint:

I have never dealt with such an *********** company before. I signed up for the Premium streaming package and paid online with my card. Surprise, surprise it did not work. I phoned the call centre and they requested proof of payment. After sending the proof nothing happen. I tried again on Saturday and they requested that I go to the office in Randburg in person to activate my service. They cannot activate my service or refund me because they say I don't have a service.
