Useless as ****!

Been paying insurance with our DSTV package for more than 10 years, first problem to ever have with the decorder only for them to tell us the decorder wasn't linked to the insurance. Absolutely pathetic, consultant was decent about it, yes the customer service manager seemed like she didn't give a damn and no interest in trying to help. DSTV is just as good as insurance companies and medical aids, fast to take money from us but can't help when you really need it. Dstv's ****!
