Useless and we paying for bull****

I am honestly not happy with your accredited installers and service rendered by your customer care so I had my dstv isntalled by 1 of the accredited installers and it was installed on top of the roof with only 2 *****s and during the weekend the satellite was blown by wind and it feel next door and I only realized later on that it was installed incorrectly because they put it on top of my roof obviously it was just about time now I call dstv to explain my grievance and I was told i have to get another installer to fix it the damn consultant couldn't even tell me the name and number of the people they sent to install my dstv.

Like your services is ****ed up and useless.
