Useless and *********** staff/company

Have been trying to put our holiday home onto our primary residence account for 2 weeks now. My wife and I went to the Durban branch to do the switch and was told by the rude and *********** agent that it was done and all sorted. Two days later our main residence was off and our holiday home was on, clearly the useless agent did not do what was asked of him. So we phone and speak to a call centre agent who has all the excuses under the sun as to why this was not done and we were asssured that it will be rectified by another division that day which it was not. Then we had to phone again and try to sort this out and the next *********** agent told us it was sorted out and that everything will work fine now and that the holiday home would be on and off by the dates we requested. Surprise surprise my wife stayed at the primary residence and I go to the holiday home just to find that the service their is still on,this after we were told and promised that it would be off.Now I have to phone and waste my time and money again to find out what is going on with this just to be told that the previous agent put another premium package on top of the one we already have and still nothing we had asked for and been promised by the previous useless and *********** agents have STILL not been sorted out. Yet again this agent tell me that she has to escalate this to a different department for them to sort out as she cannot do it on her side and surprise surprise by the end of the day it is still not sorted out and yet another useless,*********** agent has made promises that have not been kept. I am at my end now and would just cancel the service of this useless and *********** lying company.
