Useless and expensive

I do not know why DSTV has a catchup option because it is a useless service. I am not referring to the DSTV web but to catchup on your decoder. I was told by a DSTV help employee that catchup on you decoder is a physical action. It does not happen automatically. yes this is a tech company. Here is a list of episodes not on catchup. The Bay episode 5 Gentleman Jack episode 6 Private Eyes episode 2 Better Call Saul episodes 2 and 3 Now they will phone me and tell me it is my decoder that is the problem and not it's recording. Last night I recorded Plaasjapie episode 11 successfully on my decoder yet again it is not on catchup. I don't think the ANC can be this useless. Why do I continue to be a premium subscriber? Only for sport and cable is not far away as an an option for me.
