Useless Agents
Your customer care service agents have to be the worst. You guys need to deal with agents Ayabongo Kweba and Zizo Sothoza who have no emapthy or good customer service at all. As a premium holder using mynown airtime to call I expected more but wow. No wonder people are cancelling thier accounts.
