Useless

How possible is it that eveeryone in an entire contact center no one knows anything? It's the 3rd month now, my account being debited almost double my subscription.. What the hell? And when I do call, I'm told they can't pick up anything and that they will escalate it. I don't even think they know how frustrating and inconveniencing this is. And when you want to cancel your debit order, they tell you to visit a dstv center as if we have nothing better to do with our time. And the last lady, Nombuso just flat out dropped my call after being rude and telling me there's nothing she can do. Useless!!
