I am charged an extra amount for something i didn't accept now they don't want to rectify the error from their side these people are chowing from our pockets now im stuck with a decoder that doesn't work, i have scrrenshots proving i had not accepted anything however without an agreement they adding on to the channel n*** I WANT MY REFUND
