USELESS

Today I received the most horrible service from your agents on WhatsApp, for some reason they feel they can just end chat when they feel like it, my services were disconnected this morning, and my payment is the 07th of every month and I always, always pay before because I didn’t pay before the 7th you cut my services the next day. I made a payment at 8am this morning, and send multiple emails to *** and *** its 16h30 and my services are still no connected, and again your entitled agents on WhatsApp are again asking me to pay and they said me a link, and your bot keeps telling me to send proof of payment but nothing is happening as it keeps telling me to retry, stupid system if you ask me. What kind of circus are you running there and it makes sense why you keep losing customers, you customers services is disgusting. And you take your agents for training they entitled and self-absorbed, customers that are contacting the call center are frustrated and they must stop making everything about them.
