Useless

THREE weeks ago I subscribed to the DStv streaming service and paid R699 with my credit card. My subscription is still not active and Multichoice is STILL insisting on a “PDF” proof of payment with reference used as well as the account number to where the money was sent. I explained that credit card payments does not provide proof of payment “PDF” documents and I sent them the reference of the transaction. Maybe there is ***** happening at Multichoice.
