USELESS
I'm trying to upgrade my package. Tried the call center, and it said I must follow some USSD, and that USSD doesn't have the option to upgrade. <br> What kind of a call center doesn't even give you an option to speak to a consultant. Stupid if you ask me. Assuming that every person who calls the call center wants to find info or has a technical problem is very stupid. <br>
